Welcome to Gymnastics Unlimited Girls Team Program. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of watching many children learn, grow, develop, and mature into outstanding young adults who are ready to face the world. They know how to work hard, set and achieve goals, work through frustration and setbacks, take risks and work with a wide variety of people. They know the meaning and worth of dedicated effort. They have the confidence that comes with the knowledge that they can accomplish amazing things if they put their mind to it.
Competition, we feel, is a vehicle though which learning is continued. Our program provides a
challenging way of testing skills, abilities and knowledge. There are ten competitive team levels,
each competing at different times during the year. This program competes under the rules and policies
of the USA GYMNASTICS. This is the governing body for gymnastic competition and age group development
in the United States. Team participation is on a qualification basis with workouts required throughout
the year. Competitive teams are offered in Artistic Gymnastics for boys and girls.
Our team program, develops the child on many levels; perfecting gymnastic skills, increasing motivational incentives, and promoting social interaction. Members participate in team-sponsored activities ranging from performing in competitions, exhibitions and parades to outings, trips and community service.

Our team program is run on a yearly basis, September to August. September to June is our competition season and the months of July and August are the months we use to prepare for the next level of competition.
